The technician arrived on time, which was awesome because who wants to sit around waiting all day, right? He was super friendly and got straight to business. Seems like he had a ton of experience. He figured out it was a faulty magnetron, and he explained the issue in a way that made sense, none of that confusing tech talk. The repair was quick, too.
